Overview

The "Statistics" section of OneClickUpsell is designed to provide you with all of the information on the app's results. You can see how much extra revenue has been made via upsells/downsells, how many orders have been processed, the average order value (AOV), your top-performing funnels and your top-performing offers. All of this data will help you in your optimization efforts!

To access the Statistics section, click on the "Statistics" button in the left-side navigation menu of the app:

You'll be taken to the Statistics Dashboard where it will show you the app's performance over the last 30 days by default. 

Choosing a Date Range

To change the date range for the statistics, simply click on the date-picker button and choose from one of the pre-defined ranges (1 day, 7 days, 14 days, 30 days) or select a custom date range from the date range section. Then click the "Apply" button to update the Statistics Dashboard. 

Note: You can also manually type in a date into the Starting and Ending date fields if desired. 

Working with the Bar/Line Charts and Pie Charts

Sales, Revenue, Orders and Average Order Value statistics will be displayed in bar/line charts and pie charts respectively.

For the charts, there are two views available depending on how you want to display the data: Bar Chart and Line Chart

Hover your mouse over a data point on the Sales chart to see the statistics for a particular day:

A similar functionality works for the Revenue pie chart as well:

In the Orders and Average Order Value charts, hover your mouse over a data point on the chart to see the statistics for a particular day:

You can toggle on/off the "Orders with upsells" and "Orders without upsells" data from showing by clicking on the respective switchers.

Note: Shipping and Taxes are calculated as part of the upsell and downsell offers revenue values in the Statistics section.

Working with the "Top Funnels" Table and Statistics

The "Top Funnels" table will show you your top performing funnels in terms of revenue generated.

To see even more detailed statistics about each offer in the funnel such as:

  • Number of Views 
  • Conversion Rate 
  • Revenue Generated 
  • Average Funnel Value 

...click on the "View details" button within the table.

Within the "Top Funnels" detailed statistics, you can set a date range for this data following the same steps described previously. You can also choose which offers to show in the table by clicking the "settings" icon in the top-right corner:

Working with the "Top Upsell Products" Table and Statistics

The "Top Upsell Products" table will show you your top performing upsell/downsell offers in terms of revenue generated. 

To see even more detailed statistics about your upsell/downsell offers such as:

  • Top Upsells
  • Top Downsells
  • Per Product Conversion Rates

...click on the "View details" button within the table.

Within the "Top Upsell Products" detailed statistics, you can set a date range for this data following the same steps described previously:

The "Per Product Conversion Rates" statistics table has a lot of valuable information for you. It lists the conversion rates for all of your offer products and all the positions each product was shown in. By using this information, you can optimize all your upsells and downsells positions to increase the conversion rates and generate as much revenue as possible.
