In the Quiz Builder sidebar, the quiz tree is shown as a collapsible list of questions and options:
Click any question in the sidebar to select it and edit its text in the right panel.
Click any answer option to select it and edit its text.
For terminal options (result nodes), you can also change product recommendations and edit result copy.
