What Shopify permissions does ShopRank AI need?
ShopRank AI requires the following permissions and here's why each one is needed:
Read/write products — Analyze your catalog, apply AI-generated improvements to titles, descriptions, and image alt text
Read themes — Check if the structured data theme embed is enabled
Read store information — Identify your store and display relevant metrics
ShopRank AI follows Shopify's security best practices and only accesses data required for catalog optimization. It does not access customer data, orders, or payment information.
