My score hasn't updated after making changes

If your score doesn't seem to reflect recent changes, try these steps:

  1. Wait a moment — After saving, validation runs in the background. Look for the "Analyzing..." indicator on the product page or dashboard.

  2. Check the product page — Open the specific product in ShopRank AI to see if individual checks have updated.

  3. Force a recalculation — Go to Settings and click "Recalculate Score" to trigger a fresh analysis of your entire catalog.

  4. Check your schema source — JSON-LD validation checks require valid Product schema on your pages. If your theme doesn't provide it, enable the ShopRank AI Theme App Embed in Settings.

⌛ PageSpeed checks may take longer to update since they depend on Google's PageSpeed Insights API.
