If AI generation fails or shows an error, try these steps:
Check your product data — Make sure your products have titles and descriptions. The AI cannot generate a quiz from a catalog of empty or near-empty product listings.
Try different settings — Switch to a different quiz style or reduce the tree depth to simplify the generation task.
Try again — Occasional failures can happen due to AI service timeouts. Click "Generate Quiz" again.
Check the My Quizzes page — If a partially generated quiz was created, you can delete it and start fresh.
