Products are not showing in quiz results

If products don't appear in quiz results on the storefront:

  • Check product availability β€” Only products published to the Online Store sales channel are shown. Draft or hidden products are excluded.

  • Check inventory status β€” Out-of-stock products may be filtered out. Ensure products have inventory or have "Continue selling when out of stock" enabled.

  • Verify the product is assigned β€” Open the quiz in the builder and check that the terminal options have the correct products attached.

  • Product availability in region β€” If you use market-specific publishing, ensure the product is available in the shopper's market.
