If the quiz doesn't appear on your live storefront, go through these checks:
Is the quiz published? — In My Quizzes, check that the quiz status is Published. Draft quizzes don't appear on the storefront.
Is the quiz block added to your theme? — Open the quiz in the builder and go to the Publish tab. It shows a checklist of your storefront page templates and marks which ones already have the PerfectMatch block. For any template that's missing it, click Add to theme to open the theme editor, then click Save in the theme editor.
Is the correct quiz selected? — In the theme editor (Online Store → Themes → Customize), click the PerfectMatch block and confirm the right quiz is selected in the block settings.
Check your visibility settings — In the builder, the quiz can be set to show on All products, Specific products and collections, or Quiz result products only. If a targeted mode is selected, the quiz will only appear on those pages — make sure you're looking at a page that matches, and that any collections in your rules are published.
Is the quiz in an A/B test? — If the quiz is part of an active test, Version B is only shown to a portion of visitors in the test. You may simply be in the group that sees Version A (or vice versa). Try an incognito window, or check the test on the A/B test page.
Try a hard refresh — Clear your browser cache or open your store in an incognito/private window.
