After saving changes in the Quiz Builder, allow up to 1–2 minutes for the updated quiz data to propagate to Shopify's CDN. If your storefront still shows the old version:
Wait 2 minutes and do a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R on Windows, Cmd + Shift + R on Mac).
Try opening your store in an incognito/private browser window to bypass any cached data.
Confirm the quiz is saved as Published in My Quizzes (not Draft).
