If you don't see all your products in ShopRank AI:
Initial sync may still be running — Check the dashboard for the "Analysis in progress" indicator. Large catalogs take time to sync.
Check your filter/tab — Make sure you're on the "All Products" tab, not a filtered view like "Critical Issues".
Draft products — ShopRank AI syncs all products including drafts. If you can't find a product, use the search bar.
Recently added products — Products added after installation are synced via webhooks. Allow a few minutes for them to appear.
If products are still missing after waiting, go to Settings → Recalculate Score to trigger a full resync.
