Yes. On the variant selection step, each quiz variant has a "Try again" button that regenerates just that variant without affecting the others. This is the fastest way to get a different result.
You can also start a completely new generation from the "Create a new quiz" button on the dashboard. Each generation creates a new quiz — your previous quizzes are not overwritten.
