If analytics show no data, check these common causes:
Quiz not live on storefront — The quiz must be published and added to your theme via the Theme Editor before tracking begins
Too early — If you just installed the app or just published the quiz, give it at least a day to accumulate data
Date range too narrow — Try switching to Last 30 days to see if older data exists
Low traffic — Analytics only appear when visitors interact with the quiz on your live storefront
