The PageSpeed check uses Google's PageSpeed Insights API to measure your product page performance. Common reasons for low or missing scores:
Password-protected store — Google can't access your store.
Product not published — The product must be visible on the Online Store sales channel.
Heavy theme — Large JavaScript bundles, unoptimized images, or heavy third-party apps can lower PageSpeed scores. This is a general store issue, not specific to ShopRank AI.
Temporary API issue — Google's API may be temporarily unavailable. The score will update on the next analysis cycle.
