"Fix with AI" button isn't working

If the "Fix with AI" button doesn't seem to work or shows an error:

  • Wait for current analysis to complete — If the product is currently being analyzed (you'll see an indicator), wait for it to finish before using AI Fix.

  • Check your connection — AI Fix requires an active internet connection to communicate with the AI service.

  • Try refreshing the page — A simple page refresh often resolves temporary issues.

  • Check if the field already passes — The AI Fix button is most effective on fields that are currently failing validation. If a field already passes, changes may be minimal.

If the issue persists, try closing and reopening the app from your Shopify admin.
