Bulk Fix lets you apply AI fixes to many products at once — much faster than opening each one by one.
Opening Bulk Fix
Go to Products in the app sidebar.
In the products table, use the checkboxes on the left to pick products. The header shows how many you've selected.
Click the Bulk Fix button at the top of the table. The Bulk Fix window opens.
Choosing what to fix
The window lists the available fix types and how many of your selected products need each one. You can pick one or several at the same time:
Image alt text — generates short, descriptive alt text for images that are missing it.
Image quality — sharpens and upscales low-resolution images so they look clean on your product pages.
Tick the fix types you want, then click Start.
While the job runs
A banner appears at the top of the products list showing progress:
Queued — your job is in line.
Processing — fixes are being applied; the banner shows how many products are done.
Completed — all fixes are applied, and the banner shows what was fixed.
You can keep using the app while the job runs — it happens in the background.
Limits per run
You can select at most 250 products per run. If you pick more, the app will ask you to split the job into smaller batches.
Your plan also sets limits on how many products you can bulk-fix in total — see "What are my plan limits and how are they counted?"
Can I undo a bulk fix?
There's no one-click undo. If you don't like the AI result for a specific product, open that product and fix it by hand:
Alt text: open the product, clear the alt text field, and save.
Upscaled images: re-upload the original image in Shopify's product editor.
If the job fails
If something goes wrong during a bulk fix, you won't use up any of your bulk-fix allowance. You can run the same selection again.
