Each plan has some limits on how much you can do. This article explains what each limit means, what you'll see when you reach one, and how they work.
Starter limits
What | Limit |
Bulk AI fix from the products list | 1 (one-time free try) |
Bulk fix for image alt text (inside a single product) | 1 (one-time free try) |
Bulk fix for image quality (inside a single product) | 1 (one-time free try) |
Products synced | 50 |
Live-agent support | Not included |
"One-time free try" means exactly that. Once you've used your one bulk fix on Starter, you can't run another — you'd need to upgrade to Scale. These aren't monthly allowances that reset.
Early-access limits
Early-access stores get a little more room than Starter:
1,000 products synced
Unlimited bulk fix for image alt text inside a single product
Everything else matches Starter.
Scale limits
On Scale, everything above is unlimited. Your bill never goes higher than the 3,000-product rate, no matter how big your catalog is.
What you'll see when you reach a limit
If you try to run an action beyond your limit, ShopRank AI blocks it and shows one of these messages:
"Bulk fix is not available on your current plan" — the feature isn't part of your plan.
"Bulk fix limit reached. You've used X of Y products. Upgrade to unlock unlimited bulk fixes." — you've used your free try; upgrade to continue.
Each message has an Upgrade link that takes you straight to the Plans page.
How the free tries work
Each bulk fix counts toward your allowance. If a fix fails, you don't lose your free try — you can run it again.
Limits apply to your whole store, so everyone on your Shopify team shares the same allowance.
Products synced
Starter syncs up to 50 of your products (Early access: 1,000). If your store has more, ShopRank AI automatically picks your best-selling products so your Score and recommendations stay meaningful. Upgrade to Scale to sync everything.
