You manage your ShopRank AI subscription from the Plans page inside the app.
Subscribing to a plan
Open the app and click Plans in the sidebar.
If you see a toggle, choose Monthly or Annual at the top.
Click the button on the plan you want.
For paid plans, Shopify will show a confirmation screen with the price and terms. Click Approve to authorize the charge.
You'll be sent back to the app, and your new plan is active right away.
Monthly vs annual
Scale is available monthly or annual. The rate per product is the same ($9.99 for every 100 products), but annual is billed once a year with 2 months free — you pay for 10 months and get 12.
Switching between monthly and annual starts a new subscription, so Shopify will show the confirmation screen again.
Upgrading from Starter to Scale
Follow the steps above. Your Starter plan is replaced by Scale as soon as you approve the charge in Shopify.
Downgrading
Downgrading from a paid plan isn't supported inside the app. If you need to move from Scale back to Starter, uninstall and then reinstall ShopRank AI from the Shopify App Store — you'll start fresh on Starter.
Heads up for Early-access stores: Reinstalling puts you on the standard Starter plan, so you'll lose your Early-access benefits (1,000 synced products and unlimited bulk alt text). If that's a concern, contact support before reinstalling.
