If the Bulk Fix button won't open or your job was blocked with an error, one of the reasons below is almost certainly the cause.
"Bulk fix is not available on your current plan"
Bulk fix isn't included in your plan.
Fix: Open the Plans page and upgrade to Scale.
"Bulk fix limit reached. You've used X of Y products."
Bulk fix is included in your plan, but you've used your allowance. On Starter, the allowance is 1 — a one-time free try, not a monthly reset.
Fix: Upgrade to Scale for unlimited bulk fixes.
The button looks greyed out
The Bulk Fix button only becomes clickable once at least one product is selected. Tick one or more checkboxes in the products list, then click the button.
The window opens but "Start" won't click
You haven't chosen any fix type. Toggle on Image alt text or Image quality (or both) before clicking Start.
"You can bulk-fix at most 250 products per run"
The 250-product cap applies to every plan. Split your selection into batches of 250 or fewer and run them one after another.
I'm on Early access — where's my unlimited bulk alt text?
Early-access stores get unlimited bulk alt text inside a single product — that's the alt-text bulk action on the product detail page, not the bulk fix from the products list.
If you think you should have a feature that's not showing up, contact support and include your store URL and a screenshot of the Plans page.
