Overview
Insights help you identify optimization opportunities directly from your Funnel List and Funnel Details without digging through your data manually. The feature analyzes your funnels for potential improvements and surfaces actionable suggestions you can review and act on instantly.
With Insights, you can:
Spot opportunities to increase average order value (AOV) by adding or improving offers in your funnels
Boost offer conversion rates with data-driven suggestions that highlight where customers are most likely to take action
Save time optimizing by reviewing all your funnel insights in one place and jumping straight to the next improvement
Keep your Funnel List organized by hiding the Insights column anytime in Settings
Where Insights Appear
Insights appear in two places in OCU:
Funnel List
An ✨ Insights column is shown by default on your Funnel List when tips are available. Each funnel row displays a badge indicating the number of Insights for that funnel. Click the badge to open the Insights side panel for that funnel.
Funnel Details
Insights also appear directly on the Funnel Details page as tip cards within the relevant offer sections. When you open a funnel that has available Insights, you'll see tip cards inline, right where the suggested action applies:
📝 Up to two tip cards are shown at a time. If additional Insights are available, they'll appear after you accept or skip one of the visible cards.
Viewing Insights on the Funnel List
Hover over the Insights cell on the Funnel List to see a brief tooltip. Click the badge to open the Funnel Insights side panel for that funnel:
The panel shows up to two Insights at a time, with an option to "Show all tips" if additional Insights are available. Closing and reopening the panel resets it to the default view.
Acting on Insights
Each Insight card describes the opportunity and includes actions you can take immediately. The available action depends on the Insight type:
Add offer Insights → Click the "Add offer" button to start the offer creation flow for that placement within the funnel.
Split test Insights → Click the "Create split test" button to start setting up a split test for that offer within the funnel.
Skip → Removes that Insight permanently for this funnel. It will not reappear.
📝 Insights are purely advisory. Your funnels only change when you complete the suggested action. Starting the flow is just the first step, the Insight is only marked as applied once you finish and save.
If an Insight was successfully applied, the card disappears and the badge count updates automatically. If you navigate away without completing the action, the Insight remains visible.
Once all Insights are accepted or skipped, the Funnel Insights panel closes and the Insights column no longer shows a badge for that funnel.
Show or Hide the Insights Column
You can control whether the Insights column is displayed in your Funnel List or not.
Go to Settings → General
Toggle Show Insights on Funnels on or off
Click Save to apply your changes
📝 When turned off, the Insights column is hidden across all funnels in your Funnel List, and inline tip cards will no longer appear on Funnel Details pages.

Why don’t I see any Insights?

If the column shows no Insights for all funnels, it means no improvement opportunities were identified yet. Keep building or adjusting funnels, tips appear automatically as eligible suggestions are found.
