Overview

With the new Schedule Funnel functionality, you can now have the power to effortlessly schedule automated funnel publishing based on specific dates. This powerful feature allows you to strategically plan and execute your sales campaigns, simplifying the management of your funnels. By automating the process, you can optimize your workflow and dedicate more time to achieving your sales goals with ease.

Scheduling a Funnel

This feature is available for both Unpublished and Published funnels, so you can control when to publish a funnel at a later time and when to unpublish a funnel at a later time.

Unpublished

To schedule an unpublished funnel to publish at a later time, follow the quick and easy steps below:

  1. Within a Funnel's Details screen, click on the "Schedule Publish" button located in the top-right corner:

    📝The "Schedule" action is also available from the Upsell Funnels table, by clicking on the "more actions" button > Schedule:

  2. Next, set the Date (1) and Time (2) that you'd like the funnel to be published using the options available in the popup. You can also set an end date (3) if you'd like the funnel to unpublish at a specified date and time:

  3. Click the "Schedule" button in the popup to schedule the funnel and you will receive a confirmation showing the date/time the funnel is set to be published:

Published

To schedule an published funnel to unpublish at a later time, follow the quick and easy steps below:

  1. Within a Funnel's Details screen, click on the "Schedule Unpublish" button located in the top-right corner:

  2. Next, set the Date (1) and Time (2) that you'd like the funnel to be unpublished using the options available in the popup:
    ​

  3. Click the "Schedule" button and the and you will receive a confirmation showing the date/time the funnel is set to be unpublished:

Reschedule and Unschedule

To Reschedule or Unschedule a funnel you've applied scheduling to, follow the quick and easy steps below:

  1. From a Funnel's Details screen for a funnel that has scheduling applied, click the "Reschedule Publish" (for an unpublished funnel) or the "Reschedule Unpublish" (for a published funnel) button in the top-right corner of the screen:

  2. In the popup, set a new Date and Time you'd like the funnel to publish or unpublish, then click the "Reschedule" button (1). If you'd like to cancel the scheduling of the funnel altogether, click the "Unschedule" button (2) instead:

Errors

If your funnel has any active errors, then funnel scheduling will not be able to be applied

  • This funnel contains an invalid Product Offer or invalid Trigger

  • This funnel has an error in the Product Offer(s)

To schedule the funnel, these errors must be addressed first by either fixing the Product Offer(s) within the funnel or adjusting the Trigger settings. Once the errors are fixed, you will be able to schedule the funnel successfully.
